paulsbrown
Nice coloring Petarvu, did you mix them or were they out of the bottle? Any AKAN? Look forward to seeing the masking tape come off the engine areas, you've done a good job on them. I'm just about to start painting mine as well and enjoy seeing your progress. Petarvu
Nice coloring Petarvu, did you mix them or were they out of the bottle? Any AKAN? Look forward to seeing the masking tape come off the engine areas, you've done a good job on them. I'm just about to start painting mine as well and enjoy seeing your progress. Grays are AKAN and it took me some time to mix them properly, I used Su-27 set, Su-35/T-50 set and blue gray Mi-8/24 underside color. White is GUNZE Gundam light gray 311...I use it always as white on larger areas . In general I find AKAN paint to be very good...and easy to use. Petarvu
After little less than two years it is finally done! And what a beauty! My modelling time is very short and I sacrificed some for this in progress topic, therefore I apologize for bad photos and lack of in depth comments.. Anyway, few bad photos here rest in finished kits topic. I am happy how my canopy modification looks, much better than original. I just didn't do nose wheel mudguard, it has to be scratchbuilt when I get to it... <_< I will do few OTB kits next, probably two Kinetic F-5A for change Thanks for your support!
