infofrog Posted May 9, 2015 Share Posted May 9, 2015 Today I entered my first IMPS model show . I placed 2 nd in the Rotary Wing with my USCG I also bought 5 models . Each for 10 dollars . .What a deal they were .. enjoy Rick First place was very nice . He was one of the club members . This also was best in the show . i like this one with Chewy LOL Outside . Rex Posted May 11, 2015 Share Posted May 11, 2015 congrats Rick, that was one of the models I stood in front of for awhile, just looking at it One tip,,,,,,there was the possibility of 4 people "placing second" and 6 "placing first" with this type of judging at this show That is how Gold-Silver-Bronze works, the models don't compete with each other, just your own built model is judged against the standards Then, the Best of Show models are chosen after all the GSB medals are placed Quote Link to post Share on other sites
