BoeingDriver
Has anyone seen or know of a S-211 kit somewhere on the planet? I have models of every jet I’m typed in but not of this one. I can’t dig anything up on line. Thanks in advance!
Mercury
This seems to be another evasive Italian jet(AMX the other; scale being 1/72) that you would figure Italeri would have produced by now...
KursadA
Maybe you should search for it using the new designation of the type (Aermacchi M-345) : Cunarmodel seems to have a resin kit in 1/72: http://www.italiankits.it/cunarmodel.html Edited August 10, 2020 by KursadA

Planet Models (a division of Special Hobby) did a very nice 1/72 resin kit of the S.211, as in service with Singapore and the Philippines. Probably no longer in production, but you ought to be able to find a copy. https://www.scalemates.com/kits/planet-models-plt049-siai-s211--113603 Cunarmodel also did the S.211 in 1/72: https://www.scalemates.com/kits/cunarmodel-siai-marchetti-s211a--945364 This is offered by Italiankits, a couple of spots down on the same page linked above. Having the Planet kit, and others from Cunarmodel, I would recommend trying to find the Planet version, but either should be of acceptable quality. Note the Aermacchi 345 is a later development of the type, with new engines, cockpit, and other changes. Not certain how substantial the differences are, but something to be mindful of if accuracy is a high priority. Edited August 10, 2020 by Quixote74

pookie
1/72 is not an option for me, so I used a 1/48 BAE hawk as the case and cut, moved, reshaped stuff to get there. I will paint it in the JPATS livery white and red. Decals drawn and printed. Now I just need to get motivated and finish it, the hard work is done. Falcon053
I have built the Planet Models 221 long ago, my first resin kit build, and it was a very fun and easy kit to build.
