Is this 1/48 kit a new tool or a retread from someone else? If it was some else's, is it any good as far as tooling and accuracy?

For has anyone in your group done the European I CAS Vipers (48-084 F-16A/B/C CAS Vipers)? The test aircraft that the 57th used were block 25s'.

Either History Channel or Discovery Channel just had a 1 hour documentary on Marine One that was pretty good. It had a few quick shots of the interior that included a couple of side mounted couches and the Presidential seat. That was the most information that I had ever seen on Marine One Operations.

There is an additional option for the VF-41 jets if you want to do 1/48 instead. Sprue Brothers has a sheet titled "1:48 SB Decals Feisty Felines Pt 1 Three Lives of F-14A Tomcat BuNo 160390 #48003". It appears to be in stock also. Happy Modelling

I beleive that they fly the GE-110 powered block 30s. Tamiya is releasing an Agressor block 30 shortly.

Is there any hobby business out there that is not being bought out by Squadron? Their service is still good prices have increased substantially since the change in management, especially when compared to other internet retailers.

I sometimes wondered if the Marine Corps and Navy would support a KC-17 for deployments and fleet support (if they atually had the money they needed).

Two questions: Do the Guard units get the full ECM fit on these choppers or only if they deploy? Since it has a hoist and a FLIR, are they capable of SAR? It is nice to see the new craft going to the Guard units.

When the Flying Tigers transferred from Pope AFB to Moody AFB last year, did they keep their FT tailcode or did they switch back to the MY code that Moody used for the 347th? Are the Two Bobs decals still accurate for the new base?
