My ESCI F-8E is coming along, nicely. Hasnt been the greatest of builds, bad fit and lack of detail hampering my best efforts. But its my first in a long while back in the hobby so making the most of it :) Just started the decalling this evening, once that's finished just the missiles and the pylons to be added and a bit of the cockpit to complete along with the canopy. Hopefully I should be finished in the next few days :) How about you guys, beginning to see the light at the end of the tunnel with your builds? Or not, perhaps! Good question, i bought the 'Sol' cause it will help decal settle in more difficult places, but yes can 'Sol' be used in place of 'Set' too?

Help me out folks I can spray a fine line, almost pencil thin, but the beginning and ends have round blotches. How does one spray a line without little blotches at beginning or end? Do you carry on moving a/b away whilst releasing the trigger? :) Also must the pressure be low or high? I want to perfect this damn techinique!! Grrrrrrr......

Looking good Greg Love that shiny Alclad finish! Just been to the RAF Museum and saw a F-6 there, though i prefer the F-1/F-3 in BMF by far! Can't stand those tanks on the upper wings. makes it look ugly :blink:
