My F-86F 1/48 Mike's Bird

Recommended Posts

hi guys, this is may Sabre, my favorite plane of 50's, the academy kit is a good surprise, easy assembly, in the end became a nice work!!

I not use the extra parts, this is a out of the box kit

i really like the final result :deadhorse1:

I bought this kit in while stationed in Korea when it first came out...just dug it out and hit the work bench!!! It is a nice kit and you have done a great job with it. I just finished up Revells F-86D that kit rocks!!! Thanks for sharing.

Heys guys, Pompeo asked for criticism

Pompeo, Your nose gear leg door should be folded not straight.

What's with the two panels on top of the fuselage, they don't look like they should be mounted at an angle like you have them.

Your pitot tube looks to be mounted with the crank - up instead it should have the crank going out. Maybe its the angle of the photo--I could be wrong.

Always good to see someone model a Sabre---now you can flame away at me..........

Tony
