Where to find Hase 1/72 F-117 with bomb bay?

Recommended Posts

The 0833 kit which I have, being the grey dragon boxing neither has the bay included...

Maybe through 1999.co.jp which has much sprue shots/parts diagrams in their photo's of the kits...

If you can't find the Hasegawa kit these two kits included bomb bays, possible source for bay parts

The Revell kit is an upgraded version of the Monogram snap-tite kit, with bomb bay and landing gear parts added:

The Academy kit also included a bomb bay

CMK also did a "Armament Set" #7107 that the bomb bay in resin. I think it was intended for the Academy kit, but probably would work without too much difficulty on a Hasegawa kit as well.

Looking at the instructions on 1999.co.jp the following boxings from the last 20 years have the bomb bay:

Farewell (with the flag on the bottom)  02011

Special Marking (with the Skunkworks cartoon skunk on the bottom) 00747

Desert Storm 02256

The Farewell and both Idolmaster releases included the weapons bay, I have them in my stash. The Desert Storm one also got the weapon bay sprue according to the instruction manual. The Star & Stripes one I'm not so sure, since I sold it long time ago, but based on the Scalemates timeline it was released before the GBU-27 boxing where they added the new parts. Their standard white box no matter which year re-release don't include the weapons bay and gbu-27 sprues.
