Tom
I'm wondering what experiences others here have had with regards to getting parts from Kinetic Models? I tried 3 different emails, including contacting Raymond directly at raymond@luckymodels.com. They all came back with Delivery Status Notification (Delay). I ended up creating an account with Lucky Models and submitting a ticket through My Request and getting a ticket number. Let's see if that works.
annie.shikinami
i've gotten replacement parts from them twice. once was a single broken F-16 canopy. i had to email them twice before i got a response. their website gives a different email address for replacement parts than the one provided in their manual, so included both on the email. took about a month to get a response but i eventually got my part. the second time i had a big issue where 6 of my new F/A-18 kits had defective canopies. i made a thread about it here on arcforums and Raymond reached out to me. i had the parts a few weeks after that. i think reaching out to him on here may be your best bet for a quick response. habu2
I bought a Kinetic F-16 "Gold" kit that was missing the decal sheet. I contacted Raymond through this forum with a public message (because the forum says he cannot receive email from here). Raymond replied that I should request replacements by sending an email to info@kineticmodel.com which I did, describing the missing decals and my mailing address. It has been a month now, I have not received any confirmation or reply or replacement decals. Maybe Raymond will respond in this thread.

Niels
He normally responds very well to inquiries, so not surprised. But glad this seems to sort itself now (Y)
airmechaja
Raymond will usually make a response here on ARC. Be patient.
Tom
Quote Thanks for the replies everyone. The emails I tried were, raymond@luckymodels.com, services@luckymodels.com, and info@luckymodels.com. All 3 of them generated the error as per my original post and continue to do so as the server attempts to connect and deliver my email. If my experience transpires like others before me then I shouldn't expect a reply any time soon. Edited May 24 by Tom
habu2
Obviously the lucky models.com domain didn't work for you. Try using the domain that has worked for others, including me: info@kineticmodel.com

I'll wait and see if I get any traction vis a vis the ticket I sent through My Request on the Lucky Models web site. I'll give it a week. If I don't get a reply I'll try the email you have posted here. You waited a month for a reply? Personally, I think that's completely unacceptable. A week should be plenty of time unless someone is away. Just my opinion.
Alternative 4
When ever I have used the "my request" function on luckymodel's site I have had a reply within a couple of days.

I did get a reply, but I did email you with the Ticket Number as requested. And please let me know of any charges and how to pay. It's not a problem. Thank you. Bo105flyer
I was told by a Kinetic Models Rep at last years Nats that I should request parts from Lucky Model. When you do fill out their request form, note you put the part number for the parts sprue and not the individual part itself. They will get back to you thru the Lucky Model website with a total cost and then you pay for it and they will ship it to you. I have done this several times and it does take some time so be patient and keep checking your account on Lucky Model for the status. Hope this helps, Steve Sliger Greenwell Springs, LA
