Yup, not an expert on -15’s when it came to troubleshooting was backshop when I worked them in phase dock at Langley and Lakenheath was my first base so really didn’t know anything then, but my shoulders are ruined from stabbing IDG’s. Expert on C-17’s though and can figure out and F-16 pretty good.

I believe the JFS(jet fuel starter) disintegrated. From what I can remember and it was not a system I was expert when I worked -15’s, but the JFS in conjunction with the CGB( central gearbox) are the initial engine starting systems. The CGB starts spinning 2 other gearbox’s that have the hydraulic reservoirs and the aircraft generators and also a shaft that starts spinning the main engine gears.

Thinking of switching to these paints and thinning with Mr leveling thinner. I want to mostly do black basing and am confused on what to use for the black. Do I just use the Mr.Color flat black, do they need a specific primer and if so what gets mixed with the primer? Mr. rapid thinner? I hear good things about MRP, but Mr color is more accessible for me.
