I recently bought from this guy and enjoyed and excellent transaction. I paid for my items over the weekend - he mailed them off Monday - and they were on my desk at work when I arrived Thursday morning. EXCELLENT!!!

You know this Bird is so awesome I had to get my wife out of bed to look at it. Even she was like wow!!! And that was before she put her glasses on. Then she was like WOWWWWW!!!! Nice job to say the least!!!

You have any idea when the 131st shuts down? I lived very close to the airport from 87 until 04 and spent much time watching MoAng F-4s and F-15s. I'm in KC now but everytime I come home I peek at '338 on its post and look up hoping to catch a 15 taking off or landing. Hopefully I'll be able to be in town when the 131 has its last day.

The last I saw one of thier 2 jets that scrambled for 9-11 and were featured on the TwoBobs sheet was at AMARC. Any idea of where the other bird is? Great Pics

I'm with ReccePhreak - PHANTOMS FOREVER. But if Teens are my only choice then its Rhinos and MudHens all day everyday Baby!!! But then again I am biased since I lived two minutes from McDonnell Douglas for 17 years and worked there for 5.

Just FYI - And Kill Migs 3rd Ed list 67-0386 as a F-4E assigned to the 58TFS/432TFW when it was shot down on 3/10/72. The 8 or 9 pics of 13TFS planes I have found have all been D models. A MigKill on 8 May 72 by the 13TFW was in a F-4D. So its safe to say 13TFW was not Flying E models

It'll be a '48 scale Hasegawa with Leading Edge decals to start and if time allows I'll Do A '72 scale Hasegawa with Fox One decals

I haven't made my mind up which exact one im gonna do yet, but it'll be a F-4G. Probably wont start till early next month. This is my first GB, I'll probably keep it simple and keep it mostly OOB except for the decals and maybe a detail set for the cockpit.
