  1. That's the most Revell kits I've ever seen, blinded by BLUE....Oh you're from Germany, that explains it...
  2. Here's mine: Modeling Mags and a few kits. And a "few" more kits. I think I might have a problem.........Maybe we all do........
  3. Wow, totally missed that. Thanks Brian.
  4. Just a thought. Maybe we could have a pinned thread for Meets/Shows so that everyone has a chance to get there, or at least know about them. I always hear about them after the fact.
  5. Holy Crap! That's like 95% off! I guess I can't complain. Hueyhogfan13(above) gave me the deal of the century on a bunch of kits for next to nothing compared to retail. Again, thanks dude. I love you man! I guess that's karma in action!
  6. Yea, I kinda agree on the pe. But in 1/72, you can't beat it! Man, all those belts! I couldn't believe it when I was doing the seat. Step after step was belts, and more belt, and more belts and so on...
  7. Wow, you work fast! And I love the "I'm building it like I want!" attitude. Rivet counters drive me nuts! Sorry riveters. :P
  8. What the heck is a Buckeye anyway? Two states west! That's where the action is! Welcome Aboard!
  9. Hey Darren, It's an honor and a privilege to be in your company. Getting a chance to actually talk to someone that has been published is a real thrill. Getting an article in a magazine has always been a dream of mine. Do you have any other tips or pointers for a wannabe author. Bob
  10. I remember it and I was almost four years old. It is one of the first things I can recall watching on TV with my parents(besides Sesame Street and Mr. Rogers). I would akin it to my generations tragic version of the moon landing. I remember crying to my dad and asking him why they made the spaceship crash, and asking if the astronauts would be OK. He told me they were sent up to Heaven to be with God. Kinda getting teary eyed right now writing this.....Those repressed emotions are all coming back....Damn that S**t sucked.
  11. WOW. Those elevators were like a few feet from the deck!
  12. I'm not bad. Woke up at 11 am.... Back to the bench!
  13. I just got the 1/48 warbird set in part of a trade. They look pretty nice. I have a Tamiya D in stock and have a C coming in on another trade. I think I'm going to do both as Tuskeegee planes.
  14. Ha! I get it. Might take a Valium for "my muscle spasms". Bob's modeling very happy....and calmly.....
  15. I have a Spaten Optimator in me. 8% per beer direct in from Munich. only 5 more to go. 1/72 F-100 might pay the price. We will see....
  16. How do you like doing a 1/72 helicopter? My f-100D is way to GD small. My first and probably last 1/72 fighter. After a few hours my eyes start to say enough is enough, we quit!
  17. Very original! I didn't even think of doing a recon aircraft. Way to think outside the box on this one! Looking good so far. Can't wait to see more! Bob
  18. Just wanted to update the progress on my little Hun. Joined the fuselage halves and am finished with the microscopic cockpit. See what you think.
  19. Quick thinking and a quick reaction. Bravo.
  20. I would say more of a circus..... But welcome none the less. I will need a bottle of Jagermister. Or two.... That should be good for today.... I LOVE it here!
  21. I like SAMI, SAM, and Military Illustrated Modeller, but I like tanks a bit too, so MIM's Aircraft-Armor-Aircraft-Armor bi-monthly format is really attractive to me. But you can subscribe to just the aircraft issues.
  22. I was starting to wonder about him. Looking good
