Hi The B-17f does not have a dome, on top above where the bombadier sits the F model had four windows on top and the F model did not have the two side cheeks where the 50 cal's where placed on each side on the front of the aircraft. there's probably more but they are the two biggest ones that I know of. Thank you everybody for your kind replies. I just started a F4U-7, Iam going to finish it in VMF 312 markings. I dont know if that late of Corsair was done in those markings but I like the way they looked. Thanks Rob

Hello, Finally got more pics of the Corsair up, She was painted with Model Master paints Preshaded shot with future floor wax. The panel lines were washed out and some staining done with pastels, then sealed up with Testors Dullcoat Sorry for the bad pics I shot the plane with a digital camera. Hi Ryan this is how to modify the wing box you have to cut wedges out of the side and score the top after you do that bend the outer ends of the wing box,check out thr December 2002 of Fine Scale Modeler they show exatly how do it you can go to there website and order it if it is still available.as for Monograms B-52 I havent done mine yet,but my buddy did his just some wing root filling and sanding the bomb bay lacks detail so he closed his up.
