I don't think everything is rosy, not by a long shot. Hence my requests for help of which you guys gave great ideas. Just sadly, without Steve we have no way to implement those ideas. I would love if he answered my emails but I gave up sending them a while back. At the end of the day, I enjoyed this site. Not as much now as in the past, (all I do now it seems is erase spam, and ban people who don't know how to communicate with out insults.) The spam is almost every freaking day, not normally over a thousand but still, every freaking day. But its still a good refer

Ahhgggg, now its English language spam bots. Least not the massive dumps the Korean guy is doing.

Wish I knew. Like I said. I am not a computer person, I learned computer on punch cards. I just wish I had a way to implement your ideas, that is exactly what we need for these spammers. I kid you not, it was near 1000 spam messages since I went to bed and had my morning coffee. I "think" Steve had the uber-mods only able to make those changes. Those of us left don't appear to be able to make those changes.

Serious question for computer guys. 1. I have no idea how I became one of the big moderators since Steve left. I am not a computer person, BUT!!!!!! Is there a way to stop new menbers from joining or posting for a few days? Or not to post without first answering a few questions any modeller would know?

Had to be over a thousand spams last night. I would "guess" the spammer gets paid for each one he/she puts up. Who pays him/her I have no idea. But since they are all erased its not a good use of money.

The spam bots attached to a several year old thread are helpful to report, sometimes we miss those. These multiple spam dumps are slowed down in getting rid of if reported. Because then I have to go through each one essentially twice. Appreciate your reporting the ones we might miss. And you do a great job of it!

Must have erased 4-500 spam messages this morning. Have Monty Python music going through my head right now. Most annoying, all but 3 were in Korean (I think). Don't even know what they were spamming about.

Have a couple people who come to the house and buy them. One I have built at least 80-100 models for. So he gets a really good deal on the ones I sell him. In fact he bought 3, and I threw in 15 free. Just hate the idea of tossing them and my grandson is far to young to want them yet. ( 5 weeks old)

Been having that problem for a while. Past weekend I unloaded around 20 models to a customer and to a local store. Not even bad models anymore, good ones!

The main two colours on the Super Hornets I am currently building are, 36375 and upper service 36320. I would guess the "MavericK" one would be the same. The small wing edge area appears 36375 to me. Or slightly lighter. The A,B,C,D Hornets for sure have the front of the nose in a radome colour, but the E,F and G do not seem to have that very ofter.

Been a while since I looked, but I think the Hasegawa F-16 kit comes with one or two. No, I do not have one.
