LaNdStOrM
Wonder if I take a similar picture of my Korean one on a pole someone would be kind enough to shop the pole out? Ill shop your pole out, so to speak, if you like! nice heat blur on the engines from whoever did the one above.
Pete "Pig" Fleischmann
Jens, Really excellent work. I'm with you, I love the look of the Viper in flight. I did a big 32nd Tamiya Viper on a pole as well, and it's my favorite. I noticed the outstanding job you did masking the various colors of the canopy. Alot of guys miss the subtleties there..especially the black border. In this scale, it's even trickier to get right, but you nailed it! The overall look is just stunning! jenshb
I'm glad you like it Pete - your 1:32 Viper on a pole was my main inspiration. BTW, when I brought the model to the club meeting last night a few of the guys was wondering if it was from the Texas ANG:) Jens
jenshb
Hi Jens,I hope you don't mind. I took the liberty of taking away the pole..... Lovely model You've done a terrific job and the cammo scheme looks spot on WHOA! I must get myself some invisible poles and exhaust blur next time I go to the model shop! Thanks for that Guy - hope you don't mind me saving the pic and linking to it? Jens

Gary West
That's a lovely build Jens and agree great work on the pilot
TaiidanTomcat
A True Stunner! i saw the modified "flying" picture at first and thought that was the aircraft you were trying to model, not the plastic model itself.
Stealth
Hi Jens, Excellent finish almost can't differentiate from a kit or real plane! Just my two cents worth the pilot wearing the HGU-55 and why not the JHMCS with the PYTHON? It looks more COOL...don't you think so? Stealth
jmel
Hi Jens,I hope you don't mind. I took the liberty of taking away the pole..... WOW!!!! The only indication that this isn't a real jet is the position of the exhaust nozzle. Again, Jens, truly spectacular build. Guy's photoshopped image is indicative of just how realistic it is. Aggressor Supporter
Love Guy's photoshop pic with the pole taken out and the heat distortion at the exhaust. So realistic looking.
