Ray, do you have some neat photos of the Avionics bay between the chin bubbles? Would love to see all the wires and cables, and the devices...

Thanks my friend.

Rod.

Hmm, I think I might be able to help with that! These are from a UH-1V at Flatiron at Ft. Rucker in 2010 and a AAHF UH-1H in 2007. HTH.

Excellent, those are the one.... Great pics, thank you Ray.

Well, seeing how difficult it will be making all those pieces, and my model wont have the compartment open( like Oliver´s super Huey), i think it will not be visible so ive decided to leave it like that.

Thanks for the pics Ray, as always youre the man!

Heres a little test fitting update, i glued the halves, filled and sanded the floor, and added some details like the green house framing and chin bubbles made from thin styrene, cabin B pillars made from styrene, roof flat antenna, skid steps, etc... Ive primed zinc chromate the interior for future weathering.

Hope you guys like it.

Thank you guys, i really appreciate.

Heres another update, i installed the toilet bowl, perfect fitting that required small amount of filling, as always Fireball Modelworks products are top notch, i glued the PE particle separator, i made the mount for the FM antenna in the vertical fin close to the 90 tail rotor gearbox, installed the chin bubbles, on man, this pieces are crap, they dont fit well and requiered a lot of sanding and pressure when gluing with CA; take a look at the huge gaps of the cowling, terrible, but ill figure it out how to hide them, the whole piece dont fit right, well, the whole model LOL.

Thanks for watching.

Thank you guys.

Heres another update.

I made the pilot seat all scratch using styrene stretch sprue, milliput and PE seatbelts, the IP is PE from the CMK kit that i modify it and added some wiring.

The interior walls and b pillars are made from styrene and PE.

I just want to finish this one, its a crap of a kit.

Hope everyone likes it.

Thank you guys for your kind words.

Tim, i have the Academy 1/35 UH-60L in the stash, this will come next year.

I agree what Ray says, this kit is crap, and we urgently need a new tool UH-1D/H in 1/48 and 1/35, with ALL the issues corrected and fine pieces according to scale.

Rod,
