  1. Floyd you still working on a 1/48 Whiskey Cobra sheet? Just curious.
  2. I know it will be worth it. I know it will be worth it. I know it will be worth it. Damnit...I want it NOW!
  3. I've been patiently waiting...for a couple of years now. I've got a Hasegawa kit with '81 Gunsmoke markings that I've held off starting until I've got that book in my hands. Now we've got updated reprints of the F-15 and A-10 books...but not a peep about the SLUF. When/if can we expect to see the SLUF book on sale?
  4. The fracking revolution is changing the world. Analysts estimate that without $100/bbl oil prices...Russia can't afford to build up its military and engage in interventionism in the Ukraine or Syria. Putin is desperate to raise oil prices. OPEC has opened up the taps to try and drive the price of oil down to kill off fracking here in North America. Fracking is the biggest existential threat to their way of life in 50 years. Without high oil prices, Saudi Arabia can't afford to pay for the thousands of madrassas in Pakistan, Yemen and around the world spreading radical islam. If you belie
  5. I've got an Alps with a METG metallic Gold foil cartridge. What do you need?
  6. I love your stuff, but I hate Facebook and will not join. If that's the only way you're going to loop us in on new product, I probably won't ever hear about it. Cameron
  7. Where did you get them from? I've been scanning Live Resin's distributors and haven't seen any.
  8. Didn't know if anyone here had better intel. I think they've been announced for almost a year now.

  10. I'm desperate for a sheet with AH-1W markings for HMLA-773 in Afghanistan with the sharkmouth and the mission markings on the nose. My project has stalled out until I could figure out a way to print the artwork in the correct color grey on my ALPS, or a mask of some sort. Cameron
  11. Thanks Dan for the PM and thank everyone for the help. I've ordered a set of the Skunkmodels IDF weapons. I think that will take care of me. Cameron
  12. Do they come with the correct pylons as well? If so, this would be a reasonable solution. Thanks Jens. Cameron
  13. I'm looking to build a 1/48 F-16I Sufa, which is missing the characteristic Isreali 600 gallon drop tanks which seem to be in every photo I can find of the Sufa. Apparently the Hasegawa 1/48 Mitsubishi F-2 kits includes this unique drop tank, along with it's equally unique pylon. I've got two choices. 1. Buy a copy of the F-2 kit just for the two droptanks and their pylons. Not efficient as I really don't want/need an F-2 kit and it seems a waste. The second option is to see if I can borrow a set the droptank pylon parts so that I can make some resin copies for personal use. If you have
  14. Beautiful stuff Sergey, as usual. Please don't forget a 1/48 A-20 Cockpit to go with your beautiful control surfaces. Cameron
  15. Wayne, if you have an extra sheet I'd love to buy it from you. I'm happy to paypal you for it. I've tried sending you an email, but I suspect that it never reached you. Cameron Lynch
  16. Concur. They are taking responsibility and attempting to resolve the issue. What they aren't responsible for is your travel schedule.
  17. I opened up mine today and found that the decals are missing for F1+XM the whitewashed Ju88C. If anyone has a set they'd be willing to part with...please contact me. I'm willing to pay relatively usurious amounts and/or grovel quite a bit to track one down. Thanks very much in advance! Cameron

  19. I'm desperately trying to find a photo that shows if there was a heating element on the center windscreen of an Fw 190D with the R11 mod. And if there was a heating element, what that looks like. I've dug through my references and found a vague technical drawing in an old softcover JaPo book...but other than that..nadas. Any help would be appreciated. Cameron
  20. Some nice builds, but looking at the huge "seam" where the clear bubbletop canopy is attached to the canopy frame and how the glue shows on the edges of the parts, convinces me that using a Squadron vac canopy on mine was a prudent choice.
  21. Very much looking forward to this kit.
  22. Just finished building one. It's a superb kit and builds up well. Toss a Quickboost 1/72 P-51D seat into it and the cockpit is adequate (although I'm not a huge fan of decals for instrument panels). I have a couple of gripes, the plastic is soft. It glues well, but the main landing gear is fairly bendy and subject to warping. The canopies were very clear, but when you glue the rear canopy to the lower frame, the rear canopy doesn't fit open very well. The thickness of the lower frame part also is noticeable. I replaced the rear canopy with a Squadron vac part. Also, before you paint, t
  23. Sink it in 250' of water off of someplace tropical and turn it into the biggest wreck dive on the planet.
  24. I'm finishing up an F-4F in Norm 90 using Airdoc decals. The decals are beautiful, but the instructions for the stencils on the underside are tiny, and clearly show stencils on the underside that are not mentioned with the appropriate number of the decal to use. I don't have a lot of references on the F-4F and haven't found anything that will give me more directions I'm at a standstill until I can find a stenciling diagram or instructions that will help me sort it out. Any help would be VERY appreciated. Thanks. Cameron
