  1. Did you think about brushing the hinomarus? Without the while outlines this is an easy exercise and may look better than decals.
  2. Do you plan to provide them in 1/72?
  3. I built it as a child :woot.gif:/> If I remember correctly, it was a rebox by Revell.
  4. Hi Luc, try this: http://wp.scn.ru/en/ww2/f/350/3 In the middle field you may select different users regards Juergen
  5. I do not know official documents. An interesting chapter about the color of the Bf109A in spain can be found in Lynn Ritger: The Messerschmitt Bf 109 Part 1 Prototype to E variants, A comprehensive guide for the modeller, SAM Publications. Ritger writes that he did a deep analysis of photos, his interpretation is a paint with matte silver overall; the paint has a different reflective quality compared to later D and E that were painted in RLM63. 6. Thank you Marcus, very interesting! Happy modelling!! Jürgen
  7. The Karyu was an internal development of Nakajima in early 1945. While the not very powerful Kikka was not very similar to the German Me262 , the Karyu had much more in common with the Me 262. The development was so advanced, that it got the official army air force designation Ki-201. Anyhow the army lost it's interest after the decision to use the Ki-200/Ki-202 (Versions of the J8M Shusui) as the future standard fighter. Therefore Nakajima offered the Karyu to the Navy Air Foce - also without success. The maiden flight was planned for end of 1945. The resin kit of RS Resin has nice structure
  8. Hi Marcus, nicely done ! I did not know there was a Zero nightfighter version. I am not familiar with the Japanese night war. Did they have a similar situation with radio measurement (RADAR) like in Europe first by the British and then the German nightfighters? Regards Juergen
  9. I love building again these kits after 45 years Cheers Juergen
  10. Squadron Signal 1142 Fw 189 has half of a page about the night fighter. Just one picture and some detail drawings. Regards Juergen
  11. The Junkers G.38 is not such big, but could it be the Junkers J.1000 project? (no, you answered...it existed)
  12. Now I got the Merrick books. Phantastic! Thanks for that hint! Unfortunately the Kiroff color cards do not include RLM63. After some months of reading the books I will understand more Cheers Juergen
  13. Thanks a lot! I will try to get these books Regards Juergen
