ijozic
Here is a link to an on-line cataloge for some new releases by Italeri.Italeri 2006 releases MiG-23 and A-10 in 1:48 sound interesting to me. I assume the MiG is Esci, but did Esci make A-10 or might this be a new tooling (like Italeri's A-10 in 1/72)?
Big Kohona
I wonder if that Wellington and Hudson are the old Airfix kits? God, I hope not...
Sid de Koning
I understand the Hudson at least was made with the help of MPM. Therefore I think (and HOPE) the Hudson is all brand new. Grtz, Sid

B-ONE27
What I want to know is whose B-52 that is... :-)SP Ditto here SP...that BUFF got my undivided attention seriously...can we assume it's an H model, hell I better order me a sheet from Fox One asap.
Vesper
Hopefully it's a aftermarket BUFF w/ EVS/Phase VI ECM and not a earlybird. Ves ;)
Spunk-Y
I'm also hoping it is a new BUFF  I think nobody knows if it is new or not? But also a 1/48 CH-47 type
Bullet101
I'm also looking at that BUFF anything from an early G or H to a late G or H would make me happy, though i have a feeling it'll be the Revell D kit thats been around for ages
mikenewton
The tall fin indicates it's an F or earlier variant. Mike
ijozic
Yes, they did... http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...5&category=2587Pawel Damn! Thanks..
Big Kohona
@ Sid, thanks for the news. That certainly makes the Hudson more interesting now. I'll keep my fingers crossed on that Wellington in hopes that it is a similiar situation.
Fiddler
The tall fin indicates it's an F or earlier variant.Mike That boxart shown over there is indeed an F with the generator fairings on the engines but I don't thrust on that picture at all. I'll have to see it before this is going to be a buy. Italeri isn't what you would call correct in putting the same version on and in the box. I have 2 B-52D's on the waiting list and If this thing realy shows up as an F, 2 will be mine... Greetings
Vesper
YF-12! YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS! Now where are my F-12B plans? Ves
Yuri
Mike is right. The B-52 in the boxart has a tall tail so it should be an early bird. Taking a look at the color scheme (but I'm not a B-52 expert so I could be wrong) I'd say between B-52D and F. As Italeri has links with Revell (Revell has released a number of Italeri kits) could it be a reissue of the Monogram kit? About the A-10, yes I think it's the old Esci kit, which didn't seem bad when I built it (when I was a kid, who knows where it ended up B) Dunno about accuracy, but apart from the very late kits (second half of the 80s) Esci did make really good kits (A-4 and F-100 in 1/72 just to name a few). I was also hoping to a YF-12 reissue, that's great news!!!!! Yuri Edited February 2, 2006 by Yuri
Supertom
I was thinking that the B-52 would be an AMT repop, but a new mold BUFF would be nice too.
Dave Fleming
The B-52 is almost certainly the AMT kit, I suspect Italeri have just used any old B-52 shot
ElectroSoldier
with a price tag of €54.95 "their" B-52 had better not a a rehash of that old Monogram/Revell POS B-52D... You can get almost any of them still, and in almost all of the different box art varients too... I know the kit wasnt bad, but we really dont need to see it AGAIN!
