  1. None of you have suggested the obvious answer! RC-135U/V/W. Or, possibly a civil 707!
  2. OK. I found four sets in Switzerland. Don't you just love globalization? I need to thank Al Gore for inventing the internet.
  3. %&$(^%()*%! Someone bought the four Monokio 1/144 AGM-142 decals from Hannants before I could hit the "order" button. Now to hunt up four sets somewhere else.
  4. Dan, based on the last four on the tail below the "G", i'd say it was one of these ten BuNos: 161800-161809. HTH, Dutch Ah! There! Kursad beat me to the punch!
  5. Tom, Highly unlikely for Roden to use the Minicraft molds. More likely they will use / modify their 720 molds or make new fuselage, antennae & engine molds and use the 720 wings & possibly stabs. K/r, Dutch
  6. #5 4T | 2T ---|--- 4B | 2B T = Top & B= Bottom. I am not sure what the "2" & "4" refer to. Perhaps weights and balancing info or frame info for attaching towing equipment for the Mk.105 sled, though that would most likely be internal, not external.
  7. Kursad, I am pretty sure #4 says ENGINE WORK PLATFORM. K/r, Dutch
  8. Kursad, You are doing so well with 1:72 C-130 Hercules decals and we have an excellent kit in the Zvezda release, how about including LC-130D/H decals for the 139th AS New York ANG and LC-130F/R decals for the US Navy / US Science Foundation? The old MAX Decal 7211 is long out of print.
  9. Yeah, I built mine years ago (possibly 15?) with kit decals for TAW-5.
  10. Kursad, Well, courtesy of www.helis.com/database which I helped create (specifically the H-53), I can eliminate these three: CH-53A 153285 HMH-769 MS-485 CH-53A 153295 HMH-769 MS-483 CH-53A 153302 HMH-769 MS-484 I will keep looking in my other sources. Most likely one of the RH-53Ds from the early 1995 timeframe when they participated in WTI, Yuma, AZ. They flew the RH-53Ds until receiving CH-53Es, so some of the Ds would most likely still be in Engine Gray F
  11. Kursad, Perfect! Can't wait for all the 1/144 C-135 releases, but especially this one! Roden just announced a 1/144 RC-135U for 2022. Welsh already has released 1/144 RC-135V/W kits and parts and the Weather birds (CD144004) can be made pretty much OOTB (just swap engines around) from Minicraft. K/r, Dutch
  12. Don, Roden released a 1/144 720, not 707-120. The wings will be dramatically different. Wonder if the parts will just be "add on" or "molded" integral with the fuselage and wings? K/r, Dutch
  13. Yep! You heard it hear folks! Roden Announces 1/144 RC-135U in 2022. Kit #349. Yee haw! *** Editor's note: So, with new revelations from the Roden website, kit #349 is obviously a RC-135V RIVET JOINT with CFM-56 engines. I have changed the name of the thread to reflect, but maintained all of the original content. K/r, Dutch
  14. @aeronut66, I may be able to help. I assume you mean the rear sliding portion of the canopy? I have one in my spares box, don't know where it came from as I never had a 1/48 A-6 or EA-6 kit. PM me your address an I will post it off to you. K/r, Dutch
  15. That would be the Print Scale sheet 72-263. (Which I do not have, sorry!)
  16. Yes indeed! I ordered my sets also. Thank you Kursad, these are long overdue! At only 250 sets, they are sure to sell out quickly. Any plans for further KC-135 sheeets? There is still alot more schemes to do! Kind regards, Dutch
  17. Chris, I am with you there! I will split the order with you when it arrives. Kind regards, Dutch
  18. Chris, Please look at the Monokio decal sheet on both SCM and on Hannants.co.uk. How many AGM-142 and how many AN/ASW-55 data pods can be decalled from one sheet, do you think? I am not sure what the yellow, black, red decal stripe (#3) is for. I don't see those markings in the actual photos. Only a yellow/gap/red stripe mid-section. I just want to make sure I have enought to go around. It may be that one stripe decal is enough for two missiles? I see three Rafael logos per one set of decals, so possibly two for missiles and one for the pod, according to the instruction sheet? in tha
  19. Chris, roger all! Will let you know when they arrive. From the website, please see the following description. Note the last few instructions following the "*please note" at the bottom. This is CNC routed parts from ABS plastic, not 3D printed or resin cast. Also, can't use enamels to paint it. 1/144 AGM-142 Have Nap (air-to-ground missile) + AN / ASW-55 ¥ 800 tax included Shipping fee is not included. More information. It is a kit of 1/144 scale "AGM-142" (air-to-ground bomb) + AN / ASW-55 (data link pod). The product content is "AGM-142
  20. Gary & Chris, I just about ordered one set of four AGM-142 missiles & two pods (800Yen) from the Japanese website, but almost choked on the shipping (2400Yen). So, I went ahead and upped my order to two sets of missiles / pods for (1600Yen) plus the same (2400Yen) shipping. So I may offload one of these sets. My statement says $36.89, so $18.45 per set. Plus the Monkio 1/144 AGM-142 decals (for three missiles & one pod) from Hannants (on sale for $4.44 each) means that I had to buy three. So one complete set of missiles / pods set is running $25.11. Ouch! I know that I will
  21. Please pick the Italeri F-15E Strike Eagle in 1/72. I already have three, so can easily devote one to the STOL/MTD bird.
  22. Beauty,eh? Love the choice of markings and armament. Beautiful painting and craftsmanship.
