Can I make a request? Can you get images of the detail under the spoiler panels on the wings I cannot find that anywhere and there are no shots of the spoiler acatuators and their piping. This would be a great help to my building my many large scale Tomcats. Living in Scotland, i will not get near a Tomcat in the foreseeable future. Certainly not to get a look inside the airframe in such detail. Keep them co

Happy New Year! Just woke up...I have the set (48-099 Two Bobs) and intend to use just one of those. Which one do you require? PM me. Tom -
I emailed Aires and they told me! Tom

Terry, I will follow this with great interest. However, before you go mad on that resin set I have it from a reliable source that Aires will have a resin cockpit for the Trumpeter Tomcat by the end of this month...how good is that! Tom

Hi, decals were Afterburner; Lakenheath Mudhens 492d/494th (AD48-045). Some of the best decals I have ever worked with. I built the kit for someone in the USAF who later pulled out of the deal - so now I have a great addition to my collection. Tom

Yes, the other fell inside the body and i could not recover it. A kind stranger sent me a replacement - which is now in place. Merry Christmas.. Tom

Well, I got one done before the end of the year. This one is a joy to build. Compliments to Revell for producing such a gem and at such a good price. I can feel another one coming on already. I will let the pictures speak for themselves. Tom

Mr Song, Thank you for this look at the Jaguar. I am so delighted Trumpeter are finally doing this kit. Personally, I love all the open panels! Two engines is just fine by me. Give us more! Tom

Giles, surely that cannot be 1/144 etched parts for the Revell kit? Although I would love to think someone did that! Tom

I look forward to seeing your progress. Is that a 1/144 etched set - or just scaled down on a colour copier? Tom -
Danny, these dispensers are fixed and part of the Eurofighter design. They are on all types. The interior colour is BS 381C which is Dark Admiralty Grey (Xtracolor X410). Tom

Seek and you shall find! Those elusive nozzle surfaces... I no longer need to believe...take a look at this video (it takes ages to load) from Lockheed Martin. http://www.lockheedmartin.com/how/ Click on the 5th Generation Aircraft clip. Watch the video and look for the clips projected behind the test pilot. On at least two occassions you will see the rear of the F-22 come into the shot behind the pilot and you can clearly see the faceted nozzle surfaces. You can pause it by clicking anywhere on the video screen. Scroll back and look again. Tom
