  1. Have you given any thought to brush painting them? It is my understanding that they were hand painted in theater, so I am sure brush marks were evident, and this would allow you to kill two birds, so to speak. And get the advantage of no overspray to deal with too.
  2. Richard, I am just curious. Did you buy those color chips or is it something I can print myself from a reputable website? And if so, what website would you recommend?
  3. Same here Billabob. When I checked it on another computer, it is not there. I was hoping I could just use google but it looks like we are being forced to use something else.
  4. Came to test the same thing so just thought I'd try in this thread.
  5. Fantastic work! I love watching your builds as you put a lot of effort into showing us how and why you add the details that you do.
  6. Unbelievable Fozzy! And I agree with Pete. Maybe out to the first engine on each side?!?!😷
  7. Unfortunately no. Life....Actually, I have way too many hobbies/interests (woodworking, diving/fishing, photography, etc. etc etc.) and modeling has taken a back seat for a little while. I will eventually get back to it and finish this up, as well as a Phantom project I have going at the same time.
  8. Oliver, you are so ridiculously talented, it is unbelievable! Thank you for sharing your talents with us on this forum.
  9. Nice start Tim. I will be following this one for sure!
  10. Thanks Chuck! I am following your build and gleaning all the tips that I can. Keep up the great work and keep those tutorials coming! I am learning a lot!
  11. Chuck, will you advise what accelerator you use. I have some of the aerosol kind (Stickfast) I used when making wooden pens on the lathe, but this stuff goes everywhere. I assume it can be decanted? It does not seem to affect the plastic on the test mules I have experimented on.
  12. Nope, only a modeller. But I did stay at Holiday Inn Express last night! 😁..Dad was a helicopter pilot in Vietnam, so that's where I got it from. With that being said, my faith is also very important to me, so a double meaning so to speak.
