Did you just happen to find a guy who had a couple to spare, or is Avionix actually selling them separate now? I hope so, 'cause I doubt there are many things more aggravating than trying to put the PE seatbelts on Aires' SJU-17s... :coolio: :D

Avionix is selling the seats individually. The new line debuted at NATS and sometime in September you can start buying the seats and other assorted items. I only use resin seats for my builds and this was a very good deal (4 bucks per seat). Oh and I'm with you on the Aires seats; I HATE trying to put those belts on.

I was a little disappointed that there weren't better deals at many of the booths, but also happy since it saved me some money. No point in buying when some of the websites have better deals every day...

Yeah. it was ridiculous. I paid $20 the first day and then I found out about getting the stubs validated.

Saved me some cash, and I kicked some bones to the parking attendant.

I was busy helping seell all the swag and putting out fires all over the place but all the better because it would have given me more time to spend money.

But with what time i could sneak into the vendor hall i did get some new stuff:

Oh man! The 1/32 X-15 for $50. You got yourself a great deal on this new kit. I would have loved to find this kit for this price.

BTW, awww poor guy.....you helped him with his tickets and he didn't even share the win....lol

Well i got the X-15 and the P-39 from Great Models. they sold them for that price if you bought them both. couldn't pass that up. Especiall since Special Hobby was selling them for $64 a piece. And yes the girls were there when i bought them.
