Sierra Fox
I assume little witch and crazy horse are both H models? They got the funny looking high tail. Not "H" models, both are "TF's"
Slartibartfast
TEMCO TF-51 conversions at that. The few factory two-seaters had the standard tail.

Ham
Check out these "hot babes of the day." Korean War, 67th Fighter Bomber Squadron F-51D's, unkown base. Wish I knew the tail numbers. Terry Jo has the 67th FBS squadron badge on the left nose. It's the bantam fighting gamecock. I got these from the Kadena Air Base historian. Cobrahistorian
Ok, rough question here. Does anyone have any period original pics of Allison-engined Mustangs in the ETO or MTO? I am currently doing some research into the 107th, 109th and 111th TRS's (Michigan, Alabama and Texas National Guard, respectively) and I am looking for photos for a possible exhibit. If you care to share anything, full credit would be given for any photos I might request to use in the exhibit. Thanks! Jon
Slartibartfast
One of the Squadron P-51 in Action or Walk-Around books has a photo of a 111th TRS pilot and his aircraft. You might ask Christian (tourist) or Martin (SwissMustang) on th P-51 SIG. They have collected thousands of Mustang photos. Whatcha gonna do with this research? Make decals? If so, I want at least one set of the 111th markings. Searched P-51 SIG for 111th There's one thread in there about P-51C-NT that is worth your attention.
