Hey folks,
I had planned build a 1/48 Hasegawa F-4 with the one-piece canopy (V-1), so I gave away the multi-part clear pieces to someone who needed them. Well, I put a giant crack the one-piece canopy. I already tried fitting the clear parts from a Monogram F-4C/D & J kit, but they won't fit without problems. Can anyone spare a set of 1/48 Hasegawa F-4 canopy parts? It doesn't matter whether its the one-piece or multipiece arrangement. Please PM me if you can help. - John B

Hey folks - so I'd like to decal the ECM pods for my EA-6A. There are panels that have a 6-character serial on the sides (ie "EDP 015", "ECY 051", "GDV 021", etc). I have some questions that I hope someone can answer without disclosing sensitive information -
1) Would the panels have the same number sequence on both sides of the pod? 2) Would a EA-6A (or EA-6B) carry multiple pods labeled with exactly the number sequences or would the numbers be different with each pod? ![]() Thanks in advance.

Does anyone know where I can find decent shots of the FJ-2 cockpit and ejection seat? Is the seat anything like the F-86 seat or is it more like the FJ-4 seat?

Okay, I don't do airliners, but I'm going to ask a stupid question -
Is/Are there "standard" scale(s) for airliners? I was looking at this page - Airliner model link and I see 1/72 and 1/144th. Then I noticed 1/200 and 1/96 as well. I'm aware that box scale is "a leftover" from when boxes were standard and the subjects were scaled to fit the box. Is 1/200 the oddball? (Like 1/450 for ships and 1/50 for military planes.)

Can anyone confirm what size drop tanks these are hanging on the outboard stations? They look considerably smaller than the 500-gallon tanks on the inboard stations. 300-gallon perhaps?
