  1. I usually just use regular store bought lacquer thinner. I always empty out the thinner after I am done. I strain it through a paint strainer back into the container. I find it doesn't harm the finish of the airbrush, but it might damage the seals inside. Other than that, maybe give purple power a try. I have also had really good results with LA's Totally Awesome. I use this to strip paint from model car bodies and it doesn't harm the finish on the airbrush. Of course, always test it out first.
  2. Tamiya has their new laquer paints in the bottle. If you can source some, they might be worth trying. I think there is a seller on Ebay that sells them. Also, Gunze GX2 is a really good gloss black. I thin mine with either Tamiya laquer thinner or mr. Leveling thinner.

  11. I have the imigur app on my phone. The linking features don't seem to be there anymore. I just gave up on them. Trying out fotki now.
  12. Happened yesterday at work. I managed to cut my middle finger with a jig saw. Fortunately, nothing too serious, but could've been.
  13. Duh! I should have read the topic header a little bit better! I hope it all works out! Those markings look tricky.

  20. Doogs models on YouTube has a comparison video between the ps770 and the custom micron. Pretty much a direct comparison between the two. Might be worth checking out.
