  1. If worst comes to worst, you can always try this. https://www.ebay.com/itm/1-144-Boeing-777-Replacement-Nose/322100649624?hash=item4afeb1de98:g:GKQAAOSwSdZWgHxC
  2. There are no external differences between a -200 and -200ER, so whichever -200 kit you purchase you will be ok. Just be sure to place the correct aircraft registration onto the model to reflect a -200ER.
  3. I don't know if this helps or not but thought I might give it a shot. It appears to me that the walkways are black and gray with a white outline.
  4. I have a question for the car guys: After finishing painting your cars and then wet-sanding, will the different colors on the car blend into one another? If I am trying to get a mirror finish on my car body, do I need to worry about wet-sanding the car and then watching the different colors mix together?
  5. Excellent job on the model. That Revell 747-400 really came out nice. You also did a nice job on the engines - very creative way to bypass that annoying seam on the inside of the intake.
  6. If my history is correct, Eastern acquired three ex-Alitalia DC-10-30s with the intent to operate the aircraft between Miami and London-Gatwick - which they did for a short time. The aircraft were later used on trans-country flights to Los Angeles from Miami. Not long after Frank Lorenzo and Texas Air Corp purchased Eastern Airlines he began shifting certain Eastern assets over to Continental Airlines because, at the time, Continental had lower operating costs compared to those at Eastern. Among those assets "transferred" were the Miami-London route, several Airbus A300s and the three Easte
  7. I was there in Ontario, California watching them load this model onto the Antonov. At first, I couldn't make out what they were loading exactly because it was dark. Then I noticed the 'Emirates' titles on the side. Later on I read an article about a new advertisement that Emirates had launched at Heathrow using this model.
  8. Nice job on the model. What brand of paint did you use for the gloss white?
  9. That's a great build there. Excellent work.
  10. This is excellent work. Keep it up.
  11. That's a real nice job thus far. Keep up the good work.
  12. Looks like Caracal already has some 1/144 KC-135E and R decals available. http://caracalmodels.com/cd144001.html
  13. Excellent job on the model. Did you use the decals from the kit or did you do some painting? From the F-RISN website, it appears that the decals are brighter than the real scale.
  14. These 747SPs', along with the 767-300 and a 737BBJ all below to Sheldon Adelson and Las Vegas Sands Corp., which owns the Venetian Hotel/Casino on the strip. One of the 747SP's is an ex-TWA aircraft - the former 'Boston Express'. This is a picture I took of the aircraft a few years ago at San Bernandino International Airport undergoing maintenance. http://i580.photobucket.com/albums/ss241/MrBluJet/TW74SPSBD52012_zps26bc9387.jpg
