Forgot to post, but work continues on my Rhino The flaps are a huge improvement over the Hasegawa kits. Wingtip launchers were swapped out for the correct ones and much better-detailed ones from Flying Leathernecks. Also must Blues aircraft "at-rest" usually have a HUD cover, so I decided to make one for my aircraft

I'm looking for a 1/35 USCG rescue swimmer figure for the inside of my HH-65 model. I can't really seem to find any. I've looked at Reedoak and live-Resin and a bunch of other places. I thought I could also find maybe a special forces figure and modify as needed

I think planning isn't exactly what I do, more like my "to do" list or projects I'd like to do. I'm sure there will be changes and I will end up building different from my original list.

I think the problem is, that even if they included them, people would still complain. If they do them in photoetch, many people would complain about that. It's probably easier for them just to leave them off and not have to worry about another "medium" to have to include with their kits, especially with so many different aftermarket options available. I also believe, like myself, there are a good number of modelers who like to use figures.

Hobby 2000 is about to re-release the Hasegawa kits with uninspiring markings, maybe it's time for some different F-8 markings 🙂

If anyone has a spare 1/32 Tail Beacon for the A-1 Skyraider, I'd love to have it. It's part K5 from the ZM kit.

I have the Brassin ones for my build, I'll let you know how they fit.

Does anyone know if there is an aftermarket tail light available for the Trumpeter Skyraider? Or does anyone have a spare from the ZM kit? It's part K5 I believe

not to be that guy, but is the NAVY A-1E sheet going to get a reprint too? Not that I wont buy the USAF because you can never have enough Skyraiders
