TaiidanTomcat
Pay attention Vince, what does Amazon have to do with this thread... :whistle:/>.... :lol:/> I think it got settled pretty fast when an amazon worker said it was farce. But then suddenly corporations got the upper hand unexpectedly, and ARC awoke from a 7 year coma. Wait a minute!! Businesses got more power not less!!

Jennings
Maybe I'll get Jenning's ever popular "tea bagger"gay slur. What does the *very* widely used (and certainly not my invention) "tea bagger" have to do with sexual preference?
vince14
What does the *very* widely used (and certainly not my invention) "tea bagger" have to do with sexual preference? I strongly suggest fellow ARC Members do not Google the term 'Teabagger'...

Horrido
I always cringe when I hear people say "chai tea". It's like saying "vino wine" or "slag plastic Mach 2".
mlicari
I always cringe when I hear people say "chai tea". It's like saying "vino wine" or "slag plastic Mach 2". In the grocery store, I saw a microwavable dip called Four Cheese Queso. <_<

dnl42
... There was a time when this country was very concerned about the concept of Separation of Church and State, meaning the Church should not be able to influence State policy. Funny how history is rewritten to meet people's needs. The other way around. The doctrine the separation of church and state was to protect the church from the state. It was to prevent the state from establishing its own religion. Like Henry VIII did with the Church of England.

Like Henry VIII did with the Church of England. EXACTLY! In a government OF the people By the people and FOR the people, the government should answer to the people. NOT the other way around. Churches have every right to try to influence policy as much as anybody else in the country. The state should have NO, Notta, ZERO influence on the church beyond the power of protecting rights of others. That's it. Bill
