The supply of Kinetic to USA block since Dec 2024 owing to the skyrocketing container cost. and by April when we want to restock USA office the 275% tariff come into place. So everything on hold again. the tariff back to 30% in late May does not convince us to move right away. But we are loading a full 40’ FCL to USA at the moment. that is why all local channel is running out of Kinetic goods not because they don’t carry is we not able to deliver. we receive more crushed parcel report either from China or UK to USA. Dear Habu2 sorry for the long delay for your experience. Yes a we have a problem in correcting the address protocol with CN POST during the August time frame. Where some of the parcel being loaded to them but not go through the export validation. This it create weeks of delay. also that batch experience a lot of box crushed, thus if you have any damaged parts please let me know. for USD 45, it is not only the shipping cost. Ok long story short : 1. for all pending order before 1 August, we do lost some stock from those reserved item (cannot find the item) and we rerun the restock from supplier to try to fill the order 2. the shipping system from CN POST block a lot of shipping address with various kind of shipping method (eg the postal code format in Canada which we ship no problem in past 20 years but now Cn post system reject format. Some package delayed for a month as we try to figure out the way to correct it. 3. the new format require full tel no to pass correct where it i

Dear Mofo, As I explained before, as our digital location file was accidenatlly damaged during the warehouse merge, we isolate our problems but logging the new order and back order. The backorder likes yours, we are slowly rebuilding the stock location, and either we search by manual. At the same time we are restocking those which "in stock" but cannot be found (tons of carton box to be unload) We now execute the restock in case we cannot find the item and repack those through the CN POST system.

Dear All, Currently, the shipment from China and UK of LuckyModel has solved the tariff matter. The China to USA air mail shipment with tariff included has been successfully test and we are restoring the shipment to US. But we now face a little trouble in the new shipping interface where the new shipping label generation require extensive content submission (e.g. if the content contact Magnet, rare earth etc). We are now doing the label generation manually, so forget us if you see the tracking, but the cargo not moved for some days (as we need to fill in the HS cod

The removal of the tax free rules (under 800) already applied on end of May from China. So we working out several option to send to US. one of them via UK, but now even UK need to pay tariff before shipping. as of today we have established a new tariff included shipping method from China to USA. So all USA order now send from China, the tariff will be included and we fully restore the air mail shipping services. Sorry for no surface mail from china include the tariff. For those using our own container to send to US, we will bear it and fill the order in the coming

Thanks for you kind consideration. But in fact it our responsibility to make things work. I ask just for patience from customers like you and we are working out every possible path to restore the services. in fact, the world has changed from globalisation to regionalisation. For sending goods via postal services, US customs impose a minimum tax of USD 100 for anything less than USD 250. So if you order a kit for 60 plus 15 shipping, you end up paying 175 at the end. US is shutting down the cross boarder mail business from China or HK. so for USA client, we establish a new route to offer different brand where we sourcing from Europe. Even those are made in China product, we still able to send from U.K. to USA. Nope from now on US and Canada are separated, as different tax zones all Canada shipment will be handled by China Post surface mail shipment. As they are most cost effective than our own container. Check out the new air mail and surface mail postal rate. Now all HK/CHINA shipment will use China post, as our HK warehouse has been closed in June.
