Id agree but the gear door is in the shadow of the wing that's much broader than the rear fuselage and it's much lighter

What do you think has happened to the color of the tailwheel gear. I've seen main gear darkened by what I always assumed was possibly break dust but what about the dark color of the tailwheel gear? Exhaust staining?
