  1. They conform to the panel lines beautifully...the only occurrence the ink was partly removed with the film was when they were put on a rough (ie non-glossy) surface
  2. Have used them for my 1/32 BAC Lightning (the stencils)...top product, very easy to work with, and really a "painted-on" finish. Use them like any other decal, press well to remove any excess air bubbles and water, let dry and, after one hour or so, gently remove the vinyl protecting film using a scalpel blade. I didn't use any setting solution...be sure to put them on a glossy surface. Marc B
  3. ...I wonder where these are based.. 😄 MB
  4. Jeff, AFAIK in 1/48 the first one released was aimed at the Academy Hunter. Philippe reworked the set to suit the more recent Airfix kit. Marc
  5. In both 1/72 and 1/144 : Beech 1800 refuelling nacelles for Boeing "KC-707" (Air Graphics did a set, but OOP for a long time) MB
  6. Came (as is) from an old Academy F-111 kit (wonder why it was included in that kit...)

  8. Camouflage Painting Mask recommended for Combat Models kit. 😶 MB
  9. Thanks for the review Rob. MB
  10. I think for our own use, the ALPS printers are still the best solution. It won't be cheap but.. I've had one for 30 years now, rarely using it, but it still works like a swiss clock. Lots of new colours have been added This outfit in Japan still support these, and purchasing is very easy and, like most things in Japan, always done in a very professional way. https://www.paoon.com/decal/nagdzizc.html MB
  11. Thanks for the explanation Bushhande. MB
  12. That could very well be the case for you Paul, because you are an accomplished modeller, with lot of knowledge and references, but perhaps the vast majority of the modellers would hesitate to cut a nice kit into piece if they don't feel they have the skills to achieve a decent result. But of course such conversion without a nice decal sheet with attractive schemes to go along would be kind of pointless for the same reasons above. MB
  13. MisterKit from Italy makes one in 1/48. https://en.misterkit.com/product/22438353/del-mar-tow-target I'd be more interested in 1/32.. As for the Hasegawa TDU-10 it was not very detailed. MB
  14. another piece of equipment I could use : 1/48 and 1/32 TDU-10B and Delmar target towing gear... MB
