And more than that, thanks for sharing your techniques with us as you build this masterpiece.

I don't want to be nitpicking but I think you still have time to correct it. You decided to attach the armour plate above the seat to the cockpit back wall. On true aircraft, this plate is actually attached to the top of the fuselage, just aft of the cockpit... if you don't have pics of that area, I'll send you some

otherwise you're doing an amazing job!

The vertical stabiliser was fairly modified.

It's aluminum self-adhesive tape.

How did you make the foil so wrinkle-free? I have the same tape (bought from a hardware store---I think it's used for plumbing). Whenever I peel it off the backing paper, the aluminum foil becomes "wrinkled". How did you smoothen it?
