Jennings
I got a settlement check in the mail today from JP Morgan Chase for the big eBay settlement in the case of Yingling v. eBay, Inc. I can retire now!! These effing idiots spent lord only knows how much money processing this, buying the paper and envelope, and putting postage on it, wasting the time, energy, fuel, and manpower of the USPS delivering it to me. But I guarantee the lawyers got a nice chunk out of it. :dopeslap: Edited December 7, 2011 by Jennings

Netz
And you'd better run to the bank and cash it, as they only gave you 31 days. I think the USPS made more $ on it than you did. Curt
Wolfgun33
Try not to spend it all at once ok?

Uh... what kind of math do you use? 3 is 11x 2? I'd say, according to my "new math" from the 1960s, that yours is 150% of mine :)

otis252
How much did the attoneys get? Bet it was more then 10 cents. No, we don't need class action tort reform, no way. Chuck
Netz
There's always the Pay Pal option, then you'd only have to take a 2.9% hit on your awarded amount and save gas money going to the bank...... Heck Ebay wasn't thinking they could have profited on their $30 mil settlement. Curt
