I have done a bit of soldering on my models in the past, and it has turned out pretty good, but most of the time I am flying by the seat of my pants, as the only stuff I have learnt has been through written tutorials, it is so much better seeing demo's as you have done in this clip. Patrick, those second lot of photos with the neutral background really show a lot better what an excellent job you have done! Photo's taken with the scenic backgrounds are well and good to try and put the model in a setting, but I still like to see some pics of the model with a neutral background as you have done here, where you can really see the quality of the work, I'm glad you posted them.It looked great before, but in the second lot of pics, it looks superb. At the beginning of this thread, I knew jack sh*t about the Mig-25, but thanks to Gabor, I know a whole lot of stuff about it now, even that most of the panels on the top of the Jet were welded, there is no way in the world I would have thought that, and I would have been putting rivets there for sure, not knowing any better. As it has been said a thousand times before, you do not have to do these corrections if you do not want to, but its good info to know for the ones that would like to do them.
