  1. Nice! The weathering looks spot on.
  2. So I uploaded the XML from this LUT builder(Bailey Fullarton) on Flikr. He charged $10 USD for the parts list and instructions. On BrickLink the cost was anywhere from $533 to $1900 USD depending on the store; and that was for 212 out of 235 lots. No wonder why LEGO did not approve it. I know that if LEGO produced it it would be a bit cheaper. So it looks like I'll be holding off on a LUT build for now.
  3. Well it looks like the Lego did not approve the LUT. To bad, I think it would have made a really nice piece to display the Saturn V on. I know I was hoping it was going to be approved.
  4. Great looking build! Thanks for the tip on the pitch trimmers.
  5. Looking for some input. I'm building the Tamiya Skyray and I am wondering if it is painted red under the leading edge slats. Looking at photos it doesn't appear so, but they are black and white and hard to tell. The instructions do not call out a color for under the slats. I am just wondering if they should be red. Thanks
  6. Not positive, but I think Jennings was kicked off this forum.
  7. Thanks Michael, that link helps a lot. Great looking build!
  8. Yeah, no clear panel; I'm going to paint over it. I noticed the fit was awful when I dry fit them together.
  9. So I decided to break out my 1/32 CSM after the wife got me the LEGO Saturn V. Building the Saturn V sparked my interest in the build. I have the New Ware exterior update and the Real Space Apollo 15 SIM bay. My question is, should I sand off all the raised panel lines and rescribe them or should they be left on? Any other tips on building this would be greatly appreciated.
  10. Great video Mr. Budzik. It is great how you explain and show your techniques.
  11. That nozzle looks outstanding!
  12. Great looking RM. Up here in New England there has been a major resurgence of vintage racing. That's why I did the '89 YZ. It's going to be my NETRA Vintage series pre-modern ride next season. If that beats me up in the woods(the suspension is still set for MX), I always have my '89 KDX200. Both of those were absolute basket cases when I got them. I think part of the fun is chasing down the parts.
