Post Pics of Your Workbenches!

Recommended Posts

This might be a fun thing to start the new year off with. :nanner:

I'm remodeling a spare bedroom into a modeling studio

and I'm interested in seeing other modelers workbenches

& model areas so I can get some ideas of how to organize

everything.

So if you have a workbench or modeling area that you'd like

to share please post a pic of it here. I'm also interested in

where you display and photograph your completed builds.

There's only one caveat: you cannot clean your

modeling area up before you take the photo!

I've done this on other modeling sites and everyone has

really enjoyed the opportunity to share their unique

modeling environments. I think that everyone can

benefit and learn from these pics, don't you?

Have a healthy, safe and happy New Year folks!

God bless,

Now, lets see where the magic for 2008 will happen! :D

Picture is a couple of weeks old, but the only thing that has changed is the lamp, and the model currently occupying space.

And before you ask, yes, it is always that clean.

Here's the main assembly area as it sits right now, looking well lived in since I have five projects in the works. There's another bench down in the basement mainly used for airbrushing, but this is where most of my building occurs.

I just set my new workbench up over Thanksgiving, so it hasn't had a chance to get too trashed yet..

Hey Sean, where'd you find another Monogram B-24J?

I wouldn't say this is where "the magic" happens, but it is where I build models. :woo:

 Nice one!

Here's mine. I had just cleaned it up this past weekend. Kits and books are stored in different areas.
