Howdy folks, I have a co-worker ask me about this today. He normally uses Tamiya aerosol cans for larger area spray projects. He has an older home-made RC car with a metal body but isn't sure what paint should be used and what surface prep is needed. Any ideas?

Would you still build the ZM F-4 if you have the Tamiya F-4B?

I was unaware that the J-79 had bypass air being that it is a turbojet and not a turbofan. I never worked J-79s though. -

I dont even remember lol I think it depended where the cracks were at. The verts flex alot in flight.

I believe that is what the new CM designation is for.

As far as the vertical stabilizer beef up plates, on stike eagles it was a case by case basis depending on cracks when I was on them. I havent been on them since 2008 though.....

I don't know about the Navy, but in the air force the covers are always on unless you had external power on or the engines were running.

They are open on the ground even with the engine operating. They are the Primary Heat Exchanger inlets.

On the plus side, the nose section from the AMT B-52G early should be useful.... I think.....
