I got emmotional now... well...I really enjoyed the scratch building, it was a challenge...too much some times, but I am happy with the end result. I do know my "mistakes"... No fall protection devices around the wings, parts left on the aircraft without rubber mats underneath, tools plugged into air hoses during break... And now a few things Ive noticed that this diorama left out which I agree with. No fans blowing FOD and shavings all over the area. Also, no supervisor in sight. No one complaining about why you havent sold your standards yet, no one to tell you to work faster, no one to complain about why you are using the bathroom unusually long (ie 5 minutes or more), no department heads walking around with clipboards complaining about budgets and rework...no whiteboards with slogans written on them like "Our brand means quality" and other useless info.
