  1. The AGM-88 has a new version called AGM-88G which fits into the internal weapons bay. This version has a different wing arrangement to allow it to fit. So the answer is yes, but not in the "normal" fashion you see on ie F-16's. Here is a picture of a test flight on a F/A-18F: File:AARGM-ERMod.jpg - Wikipedia More details to be found on Wiki: AGM-88 HARM - Wikipedia The AGM-154 JSOW can be fitted to the F-35 too, and I believe both internally and externally.
  2. Nice one @Hoops, believe that one hasn't been done yet - atleast in 1/48? Note to us all: Title says ANG, not USAF, AFRES etc, so let's "stay on target" 😉
  3. I have a big desire to build a model of the 144FIG 194FS F-4D's, but are lacking both the "California" for the blue tailband and the unit logo that went on the right side of the tail (TAC badge on the left side I believe?) Does anyone know where I can find such decals or could point me in the direction of where to search please? This is the scheme I'm after btw: Thank you
  4. They are both in use. 93-8550 was seen in the fall of 2025 with the J/AAQ-2 FLIR pod, while 93-8550 | Mitsubishi F-2A | Japan - Air Self Defence Force (JASDF) | Soryu Asuka Langley | JetPhotos 93-8550 | Mitsubishi F-2A | Japan - Air Self Defence Force (JASDF) | ARAI118_100 | JetPhotos 63-8540 with AN/AAQ-33 Sniper in October 2024 63-8540 | Mitsubishi F-2A | Japan - Air Self Defence Force (JASDF) | Shimizu Brothers | JetPhotos

Greece has a mix of block 30, 50, 52, 52+/52M and now latest block 72. The block 30's have serials in the 1xx range and GE engine and big mouth. The block 50's have serials in the 05x-08x range and GE engine and big mouth. The block 52's have small mouth and PW engine, and depending on the batch, serials in the 5xx/6xx series or 0xx series for the block 52+/52M. It is these block 52's which are all upgraded to block 72. The decals ModelMaker refers to belong to 335 mira (squadron), who used to fly block 52+ with serials in the odd numbers starting from 001-> while 336
  8. Looking forward to this one. Euro 1, Hill Gray 2, SEA and SEA Wraparound I assume amongst the options?
  9. Enjoy your Christmas dinner 🙂 I would recommend that you focus on the AJ instructions, and don't spend time on the JA. After all you're building the AJ right? Using the AJ instructions should give you everything you need. The photoetch will be up to you whether you use or not, personally not a fan of etch from the outset 😉
  10. I'm not a Viggen expert, however the JA kit includes what you need for an AJ. Just delete the fuselage insert and leave out the gun pod on the belly. There are other changes but best way to get the details is to check the instructions for the AJ. You can scan the instructions and sprue parts in the instructions available on Scalemates: 1164341-57-instructions.pdf
  11. VFA-103's FB page just revieled a series of very nice shots from October 2025, including AG110 166647 (F/A-18E) (2) Facebook
